A Shockbag\u00ae<\/strong> foi concebida e criada no Uruguai, com o objetivo de ajudar as pessoas que circulam diariamente pela cidade, a recuperar os seus pertences pessoais em caso de roubo ou furto.<\/p>\n Trata-se de um dispositivo eletr\u00f3nico, comandado por r\u00e1dio, que, quando ativado, emite um choque el\u00e9trico.<\/p>\n O choque el\u00e9trico for\u00e7a-o involuntariamente a largar o dispositivo a que est\u00e1 ligado, principalmente: malas, bolsas, mochilas, bicicletas, motos e carros.<\/p>\n No Uruguai, nos \u00faltimos 15 anos, registou-se um aumento de 40% nos furtos e de 70% nos roubos. Situa\u00e7\u00f5es que costumavam ocorrer em \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas e mais confinadas t\u00eam vindo a alastrar-se e, consequentemente, afectam anualmente 5% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
